Anthony Robles, the 2011 NCAA Division I wrestling champ for Arizona State (born without a right leg), was honored with the Jimmy V Award for Perseverance at the ESPN ESPY Awards. “It’s not what is, it’s what could be,” Anthony says in his inspirational acceptance speech.
