OPAF’s introducing First Row in Orlando next month! Ever try adaptive rowing or skulling? Here’s your chance!

OPAF is introducing a new First Clinic next month here in Orlando! First Row will be an introduction to adaptive rowing and skulling and will be held on Friday evening, February 22nd on the tennis courts of the Caribe Royale Resort. The staff of South Orlando Rowing Association will be on hand with “ergs”to offer you the chance to try adaptive rowing.

Team POA represents at the USA Triathlon Florida Region Paratriathlon Camp, July 13-15, 2012

Three of our POA patients – Ellie, MeiMei and Gustavo, participated in the USA Triathlon Florida Region Paratriathlon Camp held in Orlando July 13-15, 2012. POA’s Mabio Costa, an accomplished paratriathlete, was a guest speaker at the Camp. He was there to offer encouragement and provide inspiration to the challenged athletes in attendance. Way to go, Team POA!
