“Make it Morning,” a book written by Jodi Bainter, is available for purchase! – 12/11/12

Jodi’s Bainter’s book, “Make it Morning,” is the story of her family’s journey after her son, Jake, was accidentally run over by a riding lawnmower in 2004. The injuries Jake suffered eventually led to the amputation of one of his legs above the knee. Franklin Mejias, Quadruple Amputee, Making Great Strides in his Recovery!, 12/11/2012

Franklin Mejias, the Venezuelan boy who lost all four of his limbs to a deadly illness last year, was back at POA last month for some adjustments and rehab. Cameron Conquers the POA Rock Wall!, 10/29/2012

10-year-old Cameron, an above knee amputee, enjoyed a climb on POA’s rock climbing/training wall during a recent visit to our office. We love introducing our patients to new things and helping to instill a “no limits” attitude in them!
